Information for students going to study in EU universities in frame of ERASMUS program.

 

Example of Transcript of Records which should be prepared by the student and presented to the faculty for confirmation.

 

Here is ERASMUS+ Learning agreement (study plan), which should be made between the student, ASU and host university before studies abroad.

 

The students coming to ASU from the partner countries (China, India, Kazakhstan) should use the Learning agreement for partner countries (E+ Learning Agreement ASU 2015 - partner countries.doc), which should be made between the student, ASU and home university before studies abroad.

 

The codes which could be required at the preparation of Learning Agreement.

 

English language certificate, which could be required applying to some universities. It should be confirmed by Department of Languages (3rd building, Room 608, phone: +370 37 752 390).

 

Transcript of Records (study results) which should be brought from host university. The forms of transcripts are available at ERASMUS+ Learning agreement (part After the Mobility).

REMARK: Grant is transferred in the parts (advances) to the Lithuanian card account of the student. The first higher part (for ca 2-3 months) is transferred before the studentís departure. Later the transfers are made in parts not necessary each month and not necessary monthly grants. The advances of the grant are planned for 1-1,5 month in advance. The higher advance is also possible if the students will make written request for it. Final payment is made when the student will return and present all requested documents of ERASMUS studies abroad.

REMARK: No prepayment before arrival to ASU is possible. The grant is transferred in the parts (advances) to the Lithuanian card account of the student. The first part (travel grant and grant for 1 month) is transferred after arrival of the student to ASU. Later the transfers are made in parts not necessary each month. Final payment is made when the student will present all requested documents of ERASMUS studies at ASU. The first payment in cash at the cash desk of ASU is possible.
